Enterprise Sales Executive – IT Infrastructure & Cloud (VMware)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Enterprise Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will own the full sales cycle for IT infrastructure, VMware and public‑cloud solutions, engaging senior technology leaders to drive new business and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end enterprise sales from prospecting to negotiation, closure and renewal.
• Identify and develop new enterprise accounts across the UAE and broader Middle East market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and events.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, IT managers and procurement teams to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with presales, vendor partners and internal teams to create proposals, presentations and demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and opportunity stages.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, vendor briefings, conferences and industry events.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, gross‑profit, new‑customer and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of enterprise sales experience in IT infrastructure, cloud or related technology solutions.
• Proven ability to engage senior technology decision‑makers and close high‑value deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
