Entertainment & Events Frontline Attendant

About the role

Join LEGOLAND Dubai’s Entertainment & Events team as a Frontline Attendant, delivering memorable experiences for guests across the park and hotel. You will represent the LEGO brand, interact with visitors, and support a variety of events and performances.

Key responsibilities

• Perform as a LEGO character mascot and chaperone other characters.
• Host activities, games, tours of the LEGO Factory and street‑dance workshops.
• Assist with preparation, installation and execution of park events, including late‑evening shifts.
• Act as an usher to manage crowd flow, answer guest enquiries and provide seating directions.
• Maintain a safe environment and high standards of guest service throughout all interactions.
• Support day‑to‑day entertainment operations and follow LEGOLAND policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, entertainment or dance operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Height between 155 cm and 162 cm and a slim/petite build to fit costume requirements.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
