EPC Contracts Manager

About the role

The EPC Contracts Manager will lead the administration and oversight of all contracts related to engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Reporting to the Business Line Commercial Manager (pre‑execution) and the Integration Project Manager (post‑execution), the role ensures contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with customers, subcontractors, and third parties.

Key responsibilities

• Administer project contracts, track changes, and manage the change‑order process.
• Develop strategies to manage contract risks and opportunities, maintaining thorough records and proactive follow‑up.
• Prepare subcontract templates, support major subcontract awards, and ensure alignment with main contract terms.
• Analyze and monitor subcontractor and client change claims, manage disputes, and report commercial issues.
• Perform valuation of project work, ensure bonds, warranties, and insurances protect the company’s interests.
• Maintain contract documentation, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee Site Contract Administrators and Subcontract Managers, and negotiate final settlements.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience on complex international EPC projects.
• Background with EPC‑focused companies delivering large‑scale oil, gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage commercial risks and lead contract administration teams.
