E‑Retail Manager

About the role

Shiseido is looking for an experienced E‑Retail Manager to lead its Pure Players ecommerce strategy in the Middle East. You will own the end‑to‑end online activation calendar and ensure the brand’s digital presence aligns with regional priorities and key launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pure Players marketing strategy, aligning with brand calendars and regional priorities.
• Own the online activation calendar, including campaigns, hero moments and retailer‑driven events.
• Negotiate high‑impact exposure packages with retailers for premium placements and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead online exclusivities, pre‑launches and hero SKU amplification.
• Define and manage retailer media strategy, budgets and performance KPIs (CTR, conversion, ROAS).
• Collaborate with retailers on data sharing, reporting and campaign optimisation.
• Maintain digital shelf excellence – product pages, imagery, descriptions and brand environments.
• Identify innovative activation opportunities such as livestreaming, influencer integrations and platform‑specific features.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ecommerce marketing or digital retail activation, preferably within beauty or luxury sectors.
• Strong understanding of retailer platforms, media buying and performance measurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic partnerships with Pure Players.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive optimisation.
