ERP & CRM Transformation Consultant

About the role

PDI Partners is looking for a strategic ERP & CRM Transformation Consultant to join its Technology Advisory practice. You will act as the bridge between business leaders and technical integrators, ensuring large‑scale system overhauls are secure, efficient and deliver maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end advisory for complex ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) implementations.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑implementation reviews to validate data migration, system stability and user adoption.
• Design and embed IT General Controls, Segregation of Duties and Role‑Based Access Controls in new platforms.
• Reengineer legacy business processes to align with modern ERP/CRM best practices.
• Oversee third‑party integrators as an independent, vendor‑agnostic advisor.
• Deliver executive program assurance briefings on project health, budget and cyber risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation or systems integration (Big‑4 or specialized advisory preferred).
• Proven track record advising on or managing large‑scale Tier‑1 ERP/CRM implementations.
• Relevant project‑management or architecture certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF) or platform‑specific functional certifications.
• Strong understanding of data governance, cloud architecture and shared responsibility models.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
