ERP Process Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

The ERP Process Engineer will partner with production, engineering, supply chain, quality and IT teams to analyse and optimise manufacturing workflows. You will drive the design, configuration and continuous improvement of ERP, PLM and MES solutions that support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current manufacturing processes, conduct workshops and perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into ERP/PLM configurations, supporting modules such as production, BOM, routing and product lifecycle management.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, PLM, MES and supply‑chain systems, and support upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain and optimise product structures, engineering change management and product release data.
• Develop training materials, deliver end‑user training and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with cross‑functional manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to train users and drive adoption.
