ERP Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

About the role

The ERP Process Engineer will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, quality and IT teams to analyse operational workflows, improve business processes and support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate manufacturing processes including production, planning, inventory, engineering and quality.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future‑state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into ERP/PLM solutions; configure modules for production, BOM, routing and product lifecycle management.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations and continuous enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, PLM, MES and supply‑chain systems.
• Maintain and optimise product structures, BOMs and engineering data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop training materials, deliver end‑user training and provide post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in ERP/PLM implementation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with production, engineering, supply‑chain, quality and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess processes and design effective solutions.
