ERP Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

TradesApp, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for an experienced ERP Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its jewellery‑industry ERP business. You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen our market presence across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to exceed targets in the jewellery sector.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Design and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our ERP solutions.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet evolving market needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven success in sales and marketing, preferably selling ERP or similar technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
