ERP Support Engineer / Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our construction‑focused team in Sharjah. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation, configuration and ongoing operation of our ERP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP‑related issues for end‑users.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports that support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
• Deliver training and functional assistance to end‑users as needed.
• Document processes, updates and workflows related to the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation or administration within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition or Focus.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Programming experience with Angular, PowerBuilder and .NET (both mandatory).
