ERP Transformation Program Manager – Dubai

About the role

The ERP Transformation Program Manager will lead a comprehensive replacement of the legacy Oracle ERP system with a modern enterprise solution for a Dubai‑based organization. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees the full project lifecycle from business process assessment through go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current Oracle EBS environment, integrations and customisations.
• Facilitate workshops and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and As‑Is/To‑Be process maps.
• Design and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including vendor short‑listing, demonstrations, scoring and contract negotiations.
• Define project scope, budget, schedule, risk register and communication plan.
• Coordinate business users, implementation partners and external consultants throughout design, data migration, integration, testing, training and change management.
• Ensure successful go‑live, monitor post‑implementation performance and drive benefits realisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in ERP implementation or replacement projects.
• Proven delivery of at least two full‑cycle ERP programmes in FMCG, manufacturing, food or distribution sectors.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
