About the role
We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves preparing cost estimates for water‑treatment mechanical equipment and supporting proposal preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Review mechanical equipment drawings and layouts for pump stations, filtration units, piping and valve arrangements.
- Perform material and quantity take‑offs from approved AutoCAD/PDF drawings.
- Prepare cost estimations, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and assist in proposal development.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to verify material requirements.
- Maintain cost databases, supplier quotations and estimation templates.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all estimation tasks and be available for emergency work as required.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in mechanical estimation or related field.
- Female candidates on a spouse visa currently residing in the UAE are strongly preferred.
