Estimator – Stone & Marble Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Estimator to support our stone, marble and granite projects. The successful candidate will prepare accurate quantity take‑offs and cost estimates, collaborating closely with sales, engineering, production and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and cost estimates for marble, granite and stone works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
• Calculate material, labour, fabrication, installation and wastage costs.
• Prepare competitive quotations and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production and Projects teams.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project cost changes and assist in maintaining cost accuracy.
• Ensure estimates are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in marble, granite, stone or interior fit‑out.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong understanding of material quantities, wastage, labour and installation costs.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
