Events & CRM Coordinator – Temporary

About the role

The Events & CRM Coordinator supports the Maison’s client engagement strategy across the UAE and KSA. Reporting to the Events & CRM Manager Middle East, you will help deliver elevated client experiences, boutique activations and seamless events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing monthly CRM campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Support boutiques in organising personalised client appointments and seasonal product catalogues.
• Consolidate and report monthly Bloom KPIs, extract client birthday lists and coordinate treatments.
• Coordinate all aspects of in‑store and external events, including supplier sourcing, permits, logistics and post‑event reporting.
• Liaise with HQ teams (CRM, Visual Merchandising, Events) to obtain approvals and ensure global alignment.
• Work with the PR agency on sample requests, collect monthly PR performance data and share collection highlights.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research and identify regional trends.
• Handle IT support tickets, set up new boutiques on ViewApp and Rendez‑vous platforms, manage user access and vendor purchase orders.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with event logistics and vendor coordination.
