Events Executive

About the role

The InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking an Events Executive to drive event sales and manage key client relationships. You will work in a luxury five‑star environment, promoting the hotel’s banquet and F&B spaces to achieve revenue targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries for outlets, banquets and other F&B revenue opportunities and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Prepare offers, contracts and Banquet Event Orders in line with hotel standards.
• Contact clients before arrival to conduct final checks, host events on‑site, and follow up post‑event to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Identify and develop new market segments and feeder markets through local networking and attendance at industry events.
• Create and execute sales action plans to meet hotel revenue and room‑night goals outlined in the annual business plan.
• Monitor productivity and revenue performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
