Events Sponsorship Manager – Dubai

About the role

Motivate Media Group is looking for a commercially driven Events Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships for its high‑profile events portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating revenue and brand impact through securing and managing sponsorships across awards, conferences and other flagship events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for event sponsorships across multiple platforms.
• Identify, pitch to and secure new sponsors and commercial partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of sponsorship benefits.
• Collaborate with Events, Editorial and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and packages.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and deliverables to maximise revenue.
• Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue and report performance to management.
• Represent Motivate at industry networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in event sponsorship, preferably within media, events or marketing in the UAE.
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts in the region.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced team.
• UAE driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.
