Executive Advisor – Strategic Partner for Senior Leadership

About the role

The Executive Advisor acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice on corporate governance, business planning and performance management. You will drive executive‑level initiatives, prepare high‑impact reports and ensure alignment between strategy and business priorities. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support ADNOC Gas long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational and governance matters.
• Support development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against KPIs and organizational performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and executive‑level initiatives.
• Facilitate decision‑making through data analysis, market insights and business assessments.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory or business planning.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the energy, oil & gas or large corporate environment is highly desirable.
