About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support the General Manager of STADA Gulf+ in Dubai. The role combines executive support, strategic project coordination and high‑level presentation development in a fast‑moving multinational pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted coordination partner for the General Manager, managing a complex executive calendar, leadership meetings, governance forums and regional engagements.
- Coordinate and follow up with Leadership Team members on deliverables, timelines and action plans, supporting senior leadership discussions and business performance meetings.
- Lead cross‑functional strategic projects across Gulf+ markets, preparing timelines, status updates, meeting summaries and executive action trackers.
- Prepare high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, strategic decks and executive reports, translating complex inputs into clear, impactful visuals.
- Interact confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and governance of leadership priorities.
Required profile
- Strong project management capabilities and executive maturity.
- Ability to operate confidently with senior leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to anticipate needs and manage complex priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
