About the role
The Executive Lounge Attendant delivers a memorable guest experience in the Ritz‑Carlton Executive Lounge. You will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain a clean service area while upholding the brand’s high standards of professionalism and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables and lounge areas for guest use.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and equipment.
- Stand, walk, and move continuously; lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage or hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on a rotating shift schedule.
