Executive Manager – Transaction Banking Sales

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Manager to lead our Transaction Banking Sales unit in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding our SME client base, and delivering sophisticated transaction banking solutions across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate Transaction Banking (TB) revenue by designing and executing a business plan for SME clients.
• Advise clients on complex TB solutions and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build senior‑level relationships and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver TB products and services.
• Provide business insights, pinpoint bottlenecks, and collaborate with Service, Operations, Product, and Risk teams.
• Expand structured Trade Finance business and manage complex cash‑management deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Ability to interpret balance sheets and spreadsheets.
