Executive Sous Chef

About the role

The Executive Sous Chef will lead the culinary team at Hilton Dubai, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and profitability across all hotel outlets. This senior position works closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director to shape the dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day culinary operations, managing preparation and production of hotel meals.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, cost controls and overall profitability.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to develop and execute menus for all outlets.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Assist in refining kitchen systems, processes and workflows for operational efficiency.
• Recruit, coach and recognize talent, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary arts.
