Executive Talent Acquisition (11‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Dubai Holding Group’s diverse businesses. You will partner with hiring managers across real‑estate, hospitality, entertainment, retail and investment units to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer for multiple vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR systems and modern recruitment tools.
• Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
