Experience Delivery Lead (UAE & Cairo)

About the role

The Experience Delivery Lead will own the end‑to‑end delivery programme for every new KOFISI location, from concept sign‑off through to operational handover. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will coordinate multiple product streams to ensure timely, on‑budget openings across the UAE and Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master delivery programme that maps all product swimlanes against a single timeline, highlighting dependencies and critical paths.
• Run weekly swimlane reviews, monthly programme reviews and maintain a live dashboard that provides a single source of truth for all workstreams.
• Define and defend budgets for each swimlane, track committed, spent and forecast costs, and challenge specifications to protect value.
• Sequence long‑lead items such as fabric, art, kitchen equipment and scent sourcing to align with build milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental teams—including Uniform, OS&E, Music & Scent, Art, F&B, Signage, Brand & Communications and Marketing—to meet deliverables, dates and budgets.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance to manage purchase orders, vendor payments and cash‑flow timing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary delivery programmes for new locations or facilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate risks early and implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities without direct line authority.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accurate timelines and budgets.
