Experienced Chemistry Teacher

About the role

Academia Management Solutions International is seeking an Experienced Chemistry Teacher to join its Dubai campus. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality chemistry instruction, support student wellbeing, and contribute to curriculum development in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and safeguard the general wellbeing and safety of students.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to serve students' best interests.
• Teach allocated chemistry classes and prepare related lesson plans.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the school curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report on student progress.
• Provide academic advice and guidance to students.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Help maintain order and discipline within the school.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from an accredited university.
• 2‑4 years of teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven classroom teaching effectiveness, especially in diverse settings.
• Strong understanding of student learning processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
