Experienced PCB Technician – Assembly & Testing

About the role

The PCB Technician will join a fast‑paced electronics team in Abu Dhabi, handling the full lifecycle of printed circuit board production. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing PCBs to meet strict quality and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs using stencil printers, pick‑and‑place machines and reflow ovens.
• Perform soldering, selective soldering, conformal coating and component‑level repair.
• Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with IPC Class III soldering and IPC/J‑STD standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in PCB assembly or SMD production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and through‑hole components.
• Proven ability to read schematics and work with electronic components.
• Attention to detail and good MS Office proficiency.
