Experienced Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales effort for a prestigious motorcycle brand in the UAE. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for growing the brand’s market presence and driving revenue in Dubai and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align brand initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop networks and drive business development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
