Experienced Site Supervisor

About the role

Roomify Technical Services is seeking an Experienced Site Supervisor to lead residential and commercial interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and progress to achieve timely completion.
• Maintain and control site inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Verify material deliveries and keep accurate site records.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office, Project Managers, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company procedures.
• Participate in site inspections, coordination meetings, and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit‑out and construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and material management.
• Experience with inventory control, reporting, and site coordination.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
