Experiential 3D Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Experiential 3D Designer to turn client briefs and brand concepts into high‑quality three‑dimensional designs for exhibitions, events and immersive spaces. The role blends artistic vision with technical design expertise to produce realistic renders, detailed layouts and production‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, brand activations and experiential environments.
• Design exhibition stands, booths, stages, kiosks, displays and temporary structures.
• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines and creative ideas into compelling 3D visualisations.
• Produce realistic 3D renders and visual presentations for client approval.
• Create accurate layouts, elevations, dimensions and design details for production.
• Integrate branding, signage, lighting, furniture, digital screens and interactive elements.
• Generate multiple design options based on project requirements and budgets.
• Refine designs based on client feedback and internal reviews.
• Collaborate closely with creative, project management, production, fabrication and installation teams.
• Ensure final designs are feasible for fabrication, installation and on‑site implementation.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on trends in exhibition, event and experiential design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Visual Design or a related field.
• Proven experience designing for exhibitions, events, brand activations and immersive spaces.
• Strong creative ability combined with technical design competence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce production‑ready documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects and respond to client feedback.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
