Experiential & Wayfinding Designer

About the role

LIMAH is looking for an Experiential & Wayfinding Designer to join its Dubai team. In this mid‑level position you will collaborate with design leads and multidisciplinary teams to create navigation and storytelling solutions for complex built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop wayfinding strategies and user‑centred navigation systems for large‑scale projects.
• Conceptualise, sketch, illustrate and render design ideas throughout the design process.
• Translate human‑behaviour insights and environmental‑psychology research into meaningful design solutions.
• Coordinate technical aspects of signage systems, including materials, fabrication, lighting integration and accessibility requirements.
• Present concepts and design intent to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with functional, aesthetic and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in wayfinding and experiential design for sectors such as cities, retail, hospitality, residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of experience‑led design, narrative development and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of human behaviour, environmental psychology and user‑journey mapping.

Required skills

• Signage systems design, including materials, fabrication methods, lighting integration, fixing details, accessibility requirements and technical coordination.
