Expert Engineering & Manufacturing Operations Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations professional to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. This part‑time, fully remote role offers flexible hours and immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows such as production capacity models and bill of materials packages.
• Develop and review root‑cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality‑control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure outputs meet regulated manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management.
• Direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials creation, or quality‑control processes.
• Familiarity with root‑cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification in regulated environments.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
