Facade Installer

About the role

The Facade Installer will join Willington Properties’ construction team to assemble, install and secure exterior façade elements such as cladding, panels and glazing systems on residential and commercial projects. The position is full‑time, on‑site and requires working at heights while following strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for façade works.
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment, and measure installation points.
• Install, align and fix cladding, panels and glazing systems using hand and power tools.
• Work safely at heights using scaffolding or other access equipment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades, checking installations for quality and reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and support timely project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in façade installation, cladding or glazing on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools and equipment used in façade works.
• Understanding of safety practices, working at heights and proper use of PPE.
• Physical capability to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in Dubai or the GCC region is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in construction or façade installation is preferred.
