Facade Manager

About the role

Target Engineering is looking for an experienced Facade Manager to lead the design, engineering, procurement and construction of façade systems on large EPC civil projects in the oil & gas sector. You will ensure high‑quality, compliant and schedule‑driven delivery of complex industrial façade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering and execution of façade systems across EPC civil projects.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural and MEP teams to integrate façade solutions.
• Manage contractors, vendors and subcontractors to meet specifications and timelines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, international codes and project requirements.
• Oversee procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and material delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, risks and costs to guarantee on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, providing technical expertise during construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in façade management on EPC or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing and specialised façade materials.
• Strong exposure to oil & gas or industrial construction environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
