Facade Structural Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

AESG is seeking a Facade Structural Engineer to join its cost management team for a high‑profile project in Dubai. You will support the project leader in delivering top‑quality façade solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex façade projects from detailed design through construction and remediation.
• Conduct façade diagnosis inspections, factory and site inspections, and produce detailed reports.
• Oversee testing and visual performance mock‑ups, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Generate repeat work proposals for clients and update construction checklist templates.
• Provide guidance, line‑management and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with façade market standards, codes of practice, and contribute to research publications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in façade design and engineering.
• Proven ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
