Facade Structural Engineer – Dubai

About the role

AESG is seeking a Facade Structural Engineer to join its cost management team on a Dubai project. The role involves delivering high‑quality façade engineering services, supporting project leaders, and upholding the company’s reputation as a preferred service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex façade projects from detailed design through construction and remedial phases.
• Conduct façade diagnosis inspections, factory and site inspections, and produce detailed reports.
• Oversee testing and visual performance mock‑ups.
• Provide technical and commercial project management, including line‑management of junior staff.
• Update construction checklist templates and stay current with façade standards and codes.
• Generate repeat work opportunities with clients and contribute to research publications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in façade design and engineering.
• Proven ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of projects.
• Experience supervising construction activities and leading junior team members.
