Facilities Management Coordinator

About the role

Driven Properties is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations across residential and commercial assets. You will ensure that all maintenance activities are executed to the highest standards, supporting smooth property performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, tracking progress and verifying completed work.
• Manage emergency maintenance activities and support corrective and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Obtain, verify, and maintain required work permits; monitor Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) validity and renewals.
• Monitor vendor performance against service levels, quality standards, and contractual obligations; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation; prepare operational reports for management.
• Communicate with property managers, tenants, owners, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance enquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of best practices in facilities management.

Required profile

• Strong background in maintenance coordination with solid technical knowledge of facilities operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
