Facilities Management Storekeeper

About the role

DP World is seeking a dedicated Facilities Management Storekeeper to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials supporting its facilities operations in Dubai. The role ensures that inventory is accurately tracked, safely stored, and readily available for maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming FM materials such as HVAC parts, electrical supplies, plumbing items, and cleaning products.
• Store materials securely, maintaining safety standards and easy accessibility.
• Issue tools and supplies to maintenance crews based on approved work orders or requisitions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records using computerized inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings.
• Coordinate with procurement and FM teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Manage disposal of obsolete or damaged items in line with company policies.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, usage trends, and shortages.
• Support planning and budgeting activities for FM inventory requirements.
