Facilities Management Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

Emirates National Schools is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of its educational and commercial facilities across Dubai. The role ensures safety, sustainability and high‑quality service delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Review project designs from an FM perspective and monitor construction progress, material submittals and shop drawings.
• Take over newly completed buildings, verify handover documentation and manage operational readiness.
• Develop and implement FM strategies to optimise building performance and oversee refurbishment, renovation and corrective maintenance projects.
• Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, BOQs and RFP documents; supervise Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Manage contracts and monitor performance for total facilities management, security, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, catering, waste management and student transportation services.
• Maintain asset registers, conduct condition assessments, plan replacements and manage fixed assets such as furniture, IT equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards, coordinate with authorities and lead QHSE programmes.
• Monitor electricity and water consumption, drive energy‑saving initiatives and oversee utility billing.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in facilities management, building maintenance and project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, health and safety compliance and vendor management.
• Experience working in educational or commercial environments within the UAE.
