Facilities Management Supervisor

About the role

IFZA Dubai is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Facilities Management Supervisor to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations across its sites. You will coordinate staff, contractors, and vendors to meet quality standards and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to keep tasks on schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality, safety, and specification adherence.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports highlighting progress, challenges, and resource needs.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, inspection reports, and site photos.
• Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams for timely material availability.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members while ensuring clear communication.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and MEP‑related technical issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in facilities, construction, fit‑out, or related environments.
• Proven ability to oversee daily site activities and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and workforce allocations across multiple projects.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, safety standards, and commercial office site practices.
