Facility Asset Lead

About the role

The Facility Asset Lead will oversee safe, secure, cost‑effective, and environmentally sustainable operations and maintenance of Euro Mechanical's facilities across multiple locations. The role focuses on preserving long‑term asset value while ensuring continuous operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance plans, repair schedules, and budgets for all facilities, equipment, and refurbishment activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution of periodic maintenance.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee daily facility operations including equipment upkeep, MRO materials, parking allocation, waste management, and building security.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and procedures, ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards.
• Monitor utilities consumption, control maintenance costs, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with lean practices and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility & Asset Management.
• Proven experience in industrial, oil & gas, or engineering environments.
• Strong adaptability and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional and technical teams.
