Facility Manager – Dubai

About the role

Burjeel Holdings is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of its Dubai facilities. The role requires a proactive professional who will ensure smooth building operations while upholding high standards of safety, compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance and HSE practices.
• Excellent vendor management and team leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving approach with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
