Factory Manager – Joinery

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead its joinery production facility in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing all manufacturing activities to meet customer orders and project deadlines while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with customer orders.
• Allocate manpower, machinery and equipment efficiently to maximise output.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards.
• Track production costs, identify savings and drive cost‑effective methods.
• Lead, train and motivate production supervisors and teams.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the plant.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare regular production reports and performance metrics for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a joinery or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience supervising production teams.
• Degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of production planning, cost control and quality assurance.
