Farm Supervisor

About the role

Discovery Dunes is looking for a passionate Farm Supervisor to lead its thriving farm, nursery, and landscaped grounds. You will work closely with the culinary team to provide fresh, organic produce and create memorable farm experiences for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Grow, harvest, and manage organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, and edible flowers for the on‑site culinary team.
• Plan planting schedules, implement crop rotation, and apply sustainable farming practices.
• Order plants, seeds, and farm supplies while adhering to budget constraints.
• Collaborate daily with chefs and F&B staff to deliver fresh, seasonal produce.
• Maintain ornamental trees and shrubs throughout the property.
• Lead engaging farm tours and workshops for members and their families.
• Support overall landscaping and horticultural care of the estate.

Required profile

• A degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in horticulture, propagation, nursery management, and organic farming.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality and sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality for member interaction.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
