Fashion Advisor – Luxury Boutique (UAE National)

About the role
The Fashion Advisor will work in Chanel’s flagship boutique at The Dubai Mall, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on ready‑to‑wear, shoes, accessories, handbags, watches and fine jewellery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and create a luxurious client journey aligned with Chanel’s brand values.
- Maintain boutique standards, visual merchandising, and grooming guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate replenishment.
- Collaborate with boutique management, visual merchandising, after‑sales and other internal partners.
- Uphold Chanel’s sustainability and service excellence commitments.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of sales experience in fashion retail.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and its clientele.
- Passion for fashion and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and styling abilities.
