Fashion Consultant – Jacquemus at Dubai Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for the Jacquemis brand at Dubai Mall, you will be the face of luxury retail, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and supporting key customer‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Develop omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay current with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect service levels.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support CRM initiatives.
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives to improve eNPS and store culture.
