Fashion Consultant – Jacquemus, The Grove

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for the Jacquemus brand at The Grove, you will represent Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail experience, driving sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with customers, collect behavioural data, and support in‑store initiatives that enhance brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience and support CRM, CX, and other customer initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Maintain omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and keep up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and social media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
• Capture customer data according to marketing requirements and contribute to eNPS initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
