Sales Coordinator – Oil & Gas Industrial Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the oil & gas trading sector. The role involves handling customer enquiries, sourcing products, preparing cost estimates and quotations, and ensuring timely execution of sales orders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Source products from local and international manufacturers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare detailed costing, price analysis, and sales quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain supplier and customer databases, pricing records, and quotation history.
• Prepare sales reports, quotation trackers, and order status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial trading, including sales coordination, sourcing, costing and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products such as valves, piping, fittings, flanges, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and rotating equipment.
• Experience handling RFQs from ADNOC, EPC contractors or major oil & gas clients is preferred.
