Fashion Consultant – Level Shoes, Dubai Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Level Shoes store in Dubai Mall, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting in‑store CRM and CX initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional Guest Experience.
• Support implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store.
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on products.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social media campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and drive sell‑throughs.
