Sales Associate – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Russian‑Speaking Sales Associate owns the full customer journey, from first contact through purchase and follow‑up, working onsite in Dubai. You will engage Russian‑speaking customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Russian‑speaking customers professionally, recommend relevant products, and drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Own sales conversations from initial contact to close, using structured questioning, persuasive presentations, and timely follow‑up to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in required systems to ensure pipeline visibility and prioritisation of high‑value opportunities.
• Handle questions, objections and service concerns with patience, escalating when necessary to protect trust and commercial momentum.
• Collaborate with operational teams on orders, payments, delivery and after‑sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian with strong English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably serving international or high‑net‑worth customers.
• Proactive, polished professional comfortable working in a busy onsite environment.
• Organised, able to record customer information and follow up consistently without constant supervision.
