Fashion Consultant – Tory Burch at Galleria Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store. You will also collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to provide valuable input for business reviews. The role combines sales, client relationship management and in‑store activation for the Tory Burch brand at Galleria Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow‑moving items for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and click‑and‑collect processes within SLA.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising guidelines and SOPs are followed and capture customer data according to marketing requirements.
• Drive sell‑throughs and support in‑store CX initiatives.
