Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead the Damiani boutique in Abu Dhabi, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV and client retention.
• Deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences, building long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through CRM, private appointments and events.
• Recruit, coach and develop a multicultural team, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, maintaining expert knowledge of collections, organizing boutique events and upholding Damiani’s heritage of Italian craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager in luxury retail, preferably fine jewellery, high‑end watches or luxury fashion.
• Demonstrated success in meeting commercial objectives and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong expertise in luxury clienteling and CRM management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development abilities.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and/or Italian are a plus.
