Fashion Designer – Menswear Focus

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The role will mainly focus on developing menswear collections while also supporting other fashion categories and creative projects when required.

Key responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and market developments.
• Create original concepts, mood boards, sketches, and collection presentations.
• Design menswear pieces such as T‑shirts, shirts, trousers, shorts, outerwear, and accessories.
• Support the design of other product categories when needed.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, colourways, and fabric selections.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers throughout sampling and production.
• Review samples and provide clear feedback on fit, construction, fabric, colour, and finishing.
• Attend fittings and make necessary design adjustments.
• Ensure every product reflects the brand's identity, quality standards, and target customer.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, production, and retail teams and follow production timelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fashion design, preferably with menswear experience.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, sizing, and fit.
• Ability to create technical drawings and communicate clearly with suppliers.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and awareness of current fashion trends.
• Good organization and time‑management skills.
• A strong portfolio showing relevant fashion design work.
